Refund Policy

 

RETURNS & PROCESS:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit, exchange or refund. 

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached in the original packaging. We ask that you must wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund or exchange.
  • We offer refund on items that were sold in original price. All items with 20% off or higher are considered as final sale and they are non-refundable. 
  • The e-store credit coupon code will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost.
  • We do not accept refund or exchanges for any items purchased by store credit.
  • The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Peri Addict for an exchange, an e-store credit coupon or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase send to our customer care team at support@periaddict.com. 

     

     

    EXCHANGES (if applicable):

     

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@periaddict.com.

     

      

    CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS:

     

    In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

    Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for store credit or refund. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
